ML Builders - Remodeling Kitchen, Bath, and Flooring

Outstanding!!! Maor of ML Builders helped me enclose a 'den' to convert it to a bedroom. I live in a condo at Boca Pointe in Boca which was misrepresented as a 3 bedroom in the sales listing. I prayed I could find a good contractor to close the room off. The work involved installing a door frame, door and drywall. Maor and Franky did it perfectly and seamlessly in 2 days. He and his worker were the most conscientious and careful contractors I've ever dealt with. Talk about a GREAT contractor experience. He is young and on a quick trajectory for bigger things so get him while you can. Save your search for a contractor...I'm giving him to you on a silver platter!

The owner of ML Builders, Maor is incredible to work with. I live in NY and purchased a condo in Boca Raton. I contacted Maor even before I closed. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I did the entire renovation from New York. He was at the condo the day after closing and gave me a detailed written quote. He applied for all the required permits and supplied my HOA with his license and insurance information. I thought because I was doing the entire renovation from NY it would be difficult, I was wrong. ML Builders made it so easy. He kept me updated with all permits and inspections, and daily photos of the work. When the work was completed, he had a cleaning company come in and left the place spotless. I highly recommend ML Builders !!!
